- Scope of Agreement
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and JCITY HOLDING LIMITED regarding the purchase of our products and the use of related services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.
- User Obligations
• You warrant that the personal information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Please update it promptly if there are any changes.
• You should properly safeguard your account information (if any) and be responsible for all operations under your account.
• You shall not use our products or services to engage in illegal or unethical activities, nor infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
- Products and Orders
• We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information (descriptions, images, parameters) on the website, but there may be slight errors. The actual product shall prevail.
• After you place an order, we will confirm the order within 1 - 3 working days. Once confirmed, the contract is deemed to be established.
• If we are unable to fulfill the order due to reasons such as product out - of - stock or pricing errors, we will promptly notify you, cancel the order, and refund the paid amount (without additional compensation).
- Intellectual Property
• All content on our website (text, images, trademarks, product designs, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Without authorization, it shall not be reproduced, disseminated, or used.
• After you purchase a product, you only obtain the right to use the product. You shall not disassemble, modify, counterfeit, or sell the product without permission.
- Limitation of Liability
• We provide a quality assurance service for product quality (see the return policy for details), but we are not liable for product damage or loss caused by improper use, force majeure, etc.
• Except as required by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as data loss, business interruption) arising from the use of the product.
- Dispute Resolution
• These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of disputes, both parties should resolve them through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
