Return Policy
- Delivery Scope
We provide global delivery services, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions (extra shipping fees may be required or delivery may not be available in some remote areas, and you will be prompted when placing an order).
- Order Processing and Delivery Time
• After the order is confirmed, we will complete the shipment within 2 - 5 working days (holidays are postponed);
• Delivery time: 3 - 5 working days for Hong Kong region, 5 - 7 working days for Mainland China, and 7 - 15 working days for international orders (subject to the timeliness of the logistics service provider, excluding customs clearance time).
- Shipping Fee Standards
• Hong Kong region: When the order amount is full HK$50, free shipping; if not, a shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged;
• Mainland China: When the order amount is full CN¥500, free shipping; if not, a shipping fee of CN¥80 will be charged;
• International orders: The shipping fee is calculated according to the delivery address and order weight, and will be automatically displayed when placing an order. Free shipping is available for some regions when the specified amount is reached.
- Logistics Tracking
• After shipment, we will send the logistics tracking number and query link via email, and you can query the logistics status in real time;
• If you haven't received the goods beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us in time and we will assist in the query.
- Customs Clearance and Taxes
• International orders may incur import taxes such as customs duties and value-added taxes, which shall be borne by the consignee (we will provide necessary customs clearance documents);
• For delays or returns caused by the consignee's failure to clear customs in a timely manner or incomplete information provided, the relevant costs shall be borne by the consignee.
- Delay and Loss Handling
• For delivery delays caused by force majeure factors such as logistics service providers, weather, and customs clearance, we will assist in communication but will not bear compensation liability;
• If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange re-delivery or full refund for you (relevant proof is required).
V. Return Policy
- Return Period
• Within 30 days from the date you receive the product, if the product is in good condition, unused and meets the return conditions, you can apply for a return;
• Return for quality issues: Within 180 days from the date of receiving the product, if there are non-human quality issues with the product, you can apply for a return, exchange or repair.
- Return Conditions
• The product and its packaging should remain in their original state, with complete accessories, labels, instructions, etc., and no scratches, damage or signs of use;
• Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.);
• Customized products, used products or products damaged due to human reasons are not eligible for return.
- Return Process
- Send a return application to the email contact@zsysnus.com, indicating the order number, return reason, contact information and photos (for quality issues, photos of problem details are required);
- We will review it within 3 working days. After passing the review, we will provide the return address and return number;
- You send the product back to the designated address (indicating the return number) and bear the return shipping fee (except for quality issues, we will reimburse reasonable shipping fees);
- After we receive the returned product and pass the inspection, we will complete the refund or exchange within 7 - 10 working days.
- Refund Instructions
• The refund will be returned to your payment account via the original route, and the arrival time is subject to the timeliness of the payment institution;
• If you have used coupons or discounts, the refund amount will deduct the relevant preferential part.
- Warranty Service
• Our products come with a 180-day warranty period. If there are non-human quality issues during the warranty period, free repair or replacement of parts is available;
• For repair services outside the warranty period, reasonable repair fees and shipping fees will be charged.
