Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Scope
    We provide global delivery services, covering countries and regions such as Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia (for some remote areas, additional shipping fees may be required or delivery may not be available, and a prompt will be given when placing an order).
  2. Order Processing and Delivery Time
    • After the order is confirmed, we will complete the shipment within 2 - 5 working days (holidays postponed);
    • Delivery time: 3 - 5 working days for Hong Kong region, 5 - 7 working days for Mainland China, and 7 - 15 working days for international orders (subject to the actual time limit of the logistics service provider, excluding customs clearance time).
  3. Logistics Tracking
    • After shipment, we will send the logistics tracking number and query link via email, and you can check the logistics status in real time;
    • If you haven't received the goods beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us in time and we will assist with the inquiry.
  4. Customs Clearance and Taxes
    • International orders may incur import taxes such as tariffs and value-added taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient (we will provide necessary customs clearance documents);
    • Delays or returns caused by the recipient's failure to clear customs in a timely manner or incomplete information provided shall be borne by the recipient.
  5. Delay and Loss Handling
    • For delivery delays caused by force majeure factors such as logistics service providers, weather, and customs clearance, we will assist with communication but will not assume liability for compensation;
    • If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will arrange a reshipment or full refund for you (relevant proof is required)
